This policy explains what information we collect when you visit creatorvault.in, buy Creator Vault, or use its content, and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number when you buy or contact us.
• Messages you send us, including refund requests and any proof you share with them.

Payment information

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a confirmation, the amount paid and your contact details. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details.

Information collected automatically

• Basic device and browser details, IP address, approximate location, and the pages you visit.
• Information from cookies and similar tools (see section 6).
• Your activity inside Creator Vault, such as lessons viewed and resources downloaded.

3. How we use your information

• To process your payment and give you access to Creator Vault.
• To send you order confirmations, access details and important updates.
• To answer your questions and handle refund requests.
• To send you helpful emails or messages about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how people use our website and improve it.

4. Recent purchase pop-ups

Our website may show small pop-ups like "Priya from Pune purchased recently." These show only a first name, a city and the product bought. We never show your full name, email, phone number or payment details.

If you don't want your first name and city shown, email us at [email protected] and we'll remove them.

5. Who we share it with

We only share your information with trusted services that help us run Creator Vault:

• Payment partner to process your payment.
• Course and email platforms to deliver your access and send emails.
• Analytics and ad platforms (such as Google and Meta) to understand website traffic and run ads.

These services may store data outside India. We only work with services that take reasonable steps to protect it.

We never sell or rent your personal information.
